HOUSE ROULES

• Arrival is possible between 15:00 - 18:00.

• Departure is possible between 8:00 - 10:30.

​

• We welcome children of all ages, although we do not have baby or extra beds. We consider children 13 years and older to be adults.

​

• The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

​

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to vacation with us.

​

• Parties and events are not allowed.

​

• Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.

​

• A damage deposit of 100 € must be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded fully upon departure, once we have checked the accommodation and no damage is found.
